All U.S. Domestic orders process within 2-7 business days.
We pack and ship immediately and have your order on the way as quickly as possible, usually between 7-15 business days.
International orders may take over 2 weeks and up to 8 depending on which country you live in and customs.
If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email kendricksolution@gmail.com and we can re-send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened. Don't panic. Seriously. We'll stick with you every step of the way until we make things right with you.
If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your items.
HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?
- A little small. order at least 1 size bigger than normal. We do not accept returns for orders unless they arrive damaged so please make sure you order the correct size!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- It takes 2-7 business days to process your order depending on volume and availability of items and 7-15 business days to ship depending on your origin country.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- You can cancel your order within 48 hours of the purchase date. We do not accept cancels after that because the order has typically been processed by then.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. Please review our return policy here.
